Have this great tuna bundles for your meal, combined with fresh and tasty ingredients. Simple and so easy to prepare.

Preparation time: 8 minutes
Cooking time; 10-15 minutes

1 small onion
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch basil
1 tsp. capers
1 egg
1 ½ cup dry white wine
4 large thin slices of tuna
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 bay leaves
2 sage leaves
Season to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Prepare the stuffing by mincing in blender the onion, parsley, basil and the capers and mix with egg.
2. Separate into small quantities and place on the tuna slices.
3. Roll tuna and close with toothpicks.
4. In a pan warm up the olive oil and bay leaves.
5. Add salt and pepper as desired and gradually add the wine.
6. Cook until most wine is absorbed.
7. Serve the tuna bundles and drizzle with lemon juice.
