Roasted recipes are more elegant than other. Tasty and it’s a good choice menu for your visitors.

1 whole chicken breast (both breast size held together by skin)
2 pieces fresh garlic
Sausage removes from casing
½ cup golden raisin
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 pieces sage leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Sauté onion with butter until soft.
2. Add sage leaves and let cool down to low temperature.
3. In a bowl, combine sausage meat, golden raisins, egg, bread crumbs and sautéed onion.
4. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
5. Place mixture between the 2 breasts, and roll the breasts over the stopping.
6. Tie breast roll into shape by using kitchen string.
7. Place in a pre- heated oven and roast at 350 degrees F about 30-40 minutes or until skin is golden and chicken breast is cooked.
8. Serve hot or cold.
