Prawn sambal is a Malaysian dish.  This recipe is quiet easy to prepare and you just need a simple ingredients to make the dish great and delicious.

15 pieces tiger prawns
1 cup tomato
½ cup onion leek
¾ cup chili paste
¼ cup shallots
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. shrimp paste
½ cup tamarin juice

1. Fry the prawns until brown.
2. Bland shallots, garlic and shrimp paste then sauté with chili paste.
3. Add prawns and tamarin juices.
4. Add salt and sugar.
5. Garnish with tomato and onion rings.
