Healthy and delicious chowder with tasty ingredients like butter, milk, potato, and cheese to make the dish creamy.

¼ cup butter or margarine
1 kilo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
2 tbsp. garlic
1 cup chopped onion
5 cups water
2 pieces chicken cubes
4 cups potato, peeled and cubed
2 cups cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

1. Sauté butter or margarine, garlic, onions and shrimps.
2. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, boil water. Add chicken cubes, cheese and potatoes.
4. Let it boil.
5. Add sautéed shrimps and evaporated milk.
6. Boil for a few minutes.
7. Season to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
