A Filipino dish with a delicious and nutritious ingredients.

1 ½ cup rice dinorado or jasmine rice (225g)
¼ cup kakang gata (60ml)
¼ piece green papaya, peeled and cut into cubes (75g)
¼ cup tahong (oyster) 10 pieces (250g) or shrimp 10 pieces (133g) washed and trimmed
1 tsp. tanglad, chopped and crushed (3g)
1 tsp. ginger, grated (3g)
1 ½ cup water (370ml)
1 pouch gisa mix

Wash rice and drain for 3 times. Add the water,gata, tanglad, ginger and gisa mix and patis (fish sauce).

Add the rest of ingredients.

Steam until done. Serve hot.
