Popular dish for the Filipino. It tastes sweet and creamy because of the milk, pineapple and butter. Also favorite menu for dinner.

250g (liempo)
1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
1 cup oil for deep frying
Salt and pepper

1 can evaporated milk
¼ cup pineapple tidbits
1/8 cup pineapple juice
1 ½ tbsp. chopped garlic
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup butter
½ piece broth cube

1. Sauté garlic onions in heated butter.
2. Add the beef broth cube.
3. Set aside.

LIEMPO; season liempo strips with liquid seasoning.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Deep fry strips in heated oil until well cooked.
