This recipe lumpiang hubad is made of vegetables like, bean sprouts, turnips, carrot, Baguio beans, and sweet potato.From this vegetable you can get more nutrients like protein, fiber and calories.

2 tbsp. oil (30ml)
1 small singkamas (turnips) washed and cut into strips (50g)
1 small carrot, cut into strips (25g)
4-5 pieces Baguio beans, thinly sliced diagonally (25g)
¼ kilo bean sprouts (toge) washed and remove the roots (250g)
3 tbsp. water (45ml)
1 small sweet potato ( kamote) cut into strips (50g)
1 pouch gisa mix (10g)

In a wok heat oil, sauté carrots and sweet potato for 1 minute.

Add the other ingredients, then add gisa mix.

Sauté until done.

Served hot with java sauce
