This dish is so tasty because of seafood’s in it, like prawns, mussels, squid and clams and seasonings to make the taste better.

1 pack linguini, cook according to package instructions
¼ cup olive oil
1 head garlic, minced
2 pieces onion, minced
3 cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup butter
500g prawns, small
500g mussels, cleaned
500g squid, cleaned and cut into thick rings
500g clams, cleaned
¼ cup chopped, parsley
½ cup white wine

Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add in tomatoes.

Crushed tomatoes while stirring.

Add in herbs and chili flakes.

Season with salt and pepper and let simmer.

In another pan, heat butter and sauté seafood until almost done and add chop parsley.

Transfer seafood to simmering tomatoes and add white wine.

Simmer 2 minutes and served top on cooked linguini.
