BAKED SLICED PORK AND VEGETABLE WITH CHILI GARLIC SAUCE


This menu is nutritious because of vegetable with in. Also have mozzarella cheese to make the taste more delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
(For one portion)
120g sliced pork loin
30g red bell pepper
30g green bell pepper
50g Chinese cabbage
20g chopped garlic
35g mozzarella cheese
40g shitake mushroom
20ml soya oil
40g white onion
35g bamboo shoots
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:
20g tobanjan
10g soya bean paste
10ml mirin
5ml soya sauce
15ml chicken stock
5g sugar

PROCEDURE:

Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.

Cut the bell pepper, Chinese cabbage, shitake mushroom and bamboo shoots in julienne strips.

Use this mix as the filling of pork loin. Heat oil and sautéed chopped garlic and vegetables. Add sliced pork loin.

Season with salt and black pepper. Then add soya sauce.

Place in a casserole the slices of pork, top with the vegetables and mozzarella cheese.

Baked for 5 minutes.
