Caviar pie is delicious and sophisticated appetizer. Its not really a pie but more like a savory cheese cake.

2 pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup chopped, pine nuts
1 tbsp. chopped leaf parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tbsp. brandy
1 tbsp. coarsely ground pink peppercorns
Red and black caviar
Pita bread

1. In a mixing bowl whipped the cream, cheese and the other ingredients.
2. Spoon some paste on to a round wooden board mashing it down to the edges.
3. Distribute more paste evenly, pressing it down with a spoon to fill any gaps.
4. With an oiled spatula, smooth the top and sides to create a cake- like shape.
5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
6. Cut circle of greaseproof paper the size of the board and fold into eights.
7. Cut the paper into eight pieces along the folds and cover four alternate areas of the top of the mound.
8. Sprinkle back caviar over the uncovered areas pressing it gently repeatedly to adhere.
9. Lift off the paper carefully leaving the exposed areas ready to red caviar.
10. Spread evenly.
11. Serve with toasted pita bread or toasted thinly sliced whole bread.
12. Caviar is best served with ice cold vodka.
13. Most connoisseurs avoid the chopped onions, capers and lemon juice, which interfere with caviars delicate flavor.

This recipe is high in protein because of chicken meat and different kind of vegetables with in.

2 tbsp. butter
1 piece medium onion, chopped
150g chicken breast deboned and neat sliced
2 pieces chicken bouillon cubes
100g squash, diced
1 cup cooked red kidney beans
1 pouch tomato sauce (200g)
1 piece small red bell pepper, diced
¾ cup macaroni
100g (pechay) Chinese cabbage shredded
2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp. water

1. Sauté onion in butter for 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken bouillon cubes, squash and kidney beans.
3. Cook with constant stirring for 5 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce, red bell pepper, 4 cups of water, ¼ tsp. iodized fine salt and ¼ tsp. pepper.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add macaroni.
7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Add (pechay) Chinese cabbage and cornstarch.
9. Simmer until thick.

Beef ribs are usually tender and meatier than their pork part. Beef ribs has also special strategies to tenderized and release all their flavors.

1 ½ beef short ribs, sliced into 1 ½ inch cubes
½ cup cooking oil
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 ½ cup chopped onions
1 cup grated carrots
Salt and pepper
2 pieces beef cubes
4 cups water
1 1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar

1. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
2. Sear beef well in hot cooking oil until all sides are brown. Set aside.
3. Sauté garlic and onions in cooking oil until translucent.
4. Add beef cubes and water.
5. Add tomato sauce and seared beef.
6. Simmer until beef is tender.
7. Add water if needed.
8. Cook until tender.

Having a menu with tomato sauce is very good because its cancer free and heart healthy future.

400g onion, sliced
1kg eggplant, cut into small cubes
1 pouch spaghetti sauce
80 pieces sliced bread
400g cheese, coarsely grated

1. Sauté onions and eggplant. Add spaghetti sauce.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Heat frying pan.
4. Spread every 2 tbsp. of mixture on 40 slices of bread.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Cover each slice with another slice of bread.
7. Toast in pan over low heat until brown on both sides or until cheese melts.

Popular dish for the Filipino. It tastes sweet and creamy because of the milk, pineapple and butter. Also favorite menu for dinner.

250g (liempo)
1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
1 cup oil for deep frying
Salt and pepper

1 can evaporated milk
¼ cup pineapple tidbits
1/8 cup pineapple juice
1 ½ tbsp. chopped garlic
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/8 cup butter
½ piece broth cube

1. Sauté garlic onions in heated butter.
2. Add the beef broth cube.
3. Set aside.

LIEMPO; season liempo strips with liquid seasoning.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Deep fry strips in heated oil until well cooked.

Healthy and delicious chowder with tasty ingredients like butter, milk, potato, and cheese to make the dish creamy.

¼ cup butter or margarine
1 kilo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
2 tbsp. garlic
1 cup chopped onion
5 cups water
2 pieces chicken cubes
4 cups potato, peeled and cubed
2 cups cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

1. Sauté butter or margarine, garlic, onions and shrimps.
2. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, boil water. Add chicken cubes, cheese and potatoes.
4. Let it boil.
5. Add sautéed shrimps and evaporated milk.
6. Boil for a few minutes.
7. Season to taste.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
