ASPARAGUS WITH CRAB MEAT




Good recipe for restaurants because this dish is so easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:
2 bundles asparagus
Meat of the fat female crab
Oil
½ cup stock for the seasoning
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. MSG
1 tsp. ginger juice
2 egg whites beaten
2 tsp. cornstarch dispersed in water

PROCEDURE:
Par boil asparagus then drain. Arrange asparagus on serving dish.
Gather the fat (aligue) of raw crab. Set aside. Boil crab then sort out meat. Set aside.

Prepare sauce. Heat oil in pan. Add stock and seasoning.
Add” aligue” and crab meat then the egg white.
Correct seasoning.
Thicken with cornstarch, and then pour over asparagus.
