½ kilo beef tenderloin, sliced into ½ thick
2 tbsp. butter
½ cup mushroom sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon or calamansi juice
1 ½ tbsp. all-purpose seasoning mix
1 clove garlic
¼ cup butter

1. Marinate the sliced beef in all-purpose seasoning mix, pepper
2. Stir fry onions, mushrooms, and garlic in butter.
3. Season with lemon juice.
4. Set aside.
5. Cook beef tenderloin in butter over medium heat, turning at once, until the desired doneness.
6. Serve on a steak plate with stir-fried mushroom.
