CHICKEN WITH BAMBOO SHOOTS IN COCONUT CREAM



INGREDIENTS:
10g garlic, minced
60g onions, diced
200g chicken breast, cubed
Coconut   cream from the coconut
250g saluyot
1 kilo bamboo shoots
2 pieces siling haba
½ knorr chicken cube
1 tbsp. cooking oil

PROCEDURE:
1. Wash bamboo shoots, and then squeeze out the water.
2. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan than sauté the garlic, onions and chicken.
4. After 5 minutes, add the bamboo shoots.
5. After 5 minutes, add coconut cream. Mix well.
6. When the coconut milk boils vigorously, add the saluyot and siling haba.
7. Remove immediately from the flame and serve while hot.
