CHICKEN SAMBA



INGREDIENTS:
½ k chicken breast
2 potatos
2 carrots
1 onion
Cloves of garlic
¼ cup soy sauce
Ground pepper
1 pack tomato sauce
Vegetable oil

PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce and ground pepper for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
3. Set aside.
4. Fry the potato.
5. Sauté onion, garlic and carrots add ½ cup of water.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add the chicken and potato.
8. Season with salt.
9. Serve hot.
