BREADED MOZZARELLA STICKS



INGREDIENTS:
120g mozzarella cheese
1 piece egg
2 tbsp. Flour
45g breadcrumbs
¾ cup tomato salsa
15g mesclun
1tbsp. French vinaigrette

PROCEDURE:
1. Cut mozzarella cheese into 3x ½ inches.
2. Roll the sticks in flour. Then in beaten egg, lastly in breadcrumbs.
3. Fry and serve fresh tomato salsa and baby greens.
