BAKED TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA DI BUFALLO



INGREDIENTS:
40g mozzarella cheese/diced
160g tomato
10g green olives/chopped
15g garlic /roasted
2g capers/chopped
1 tsp. flavored oil
3 pieces melba toast

PROCEDURE:
1. Slice the bottom part of the tomato.
2. Using a paring knife, make a zigzag cut along the top part of the tomato, then scoop out the seeds and pulp.
3. Fill the tomato with diced mozzarella, roasted garlic and peppers.
4. Baked in a 375 degrees F oven.
5. Serve with melba toast.
