2 tsp. garlic, chopped
200g sitsaro, sliced into 2
1 carrot sliced thinly
½ k beef sirloin, cut into strips
2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
2 tsp. Cornstarch, dissolved in water
2 tsp. sesame oil
Salt and pepper
400g pack of egg noodles blanch in boiling salted boiling water

1. Sauté vegetables with garlic for about 2 minutes.
2. Add beef and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Simmer until sauce is thickened and the beef is cooked.
5. In another pan, fry the noodles for about 5 minutes.
6. Transfer in serving dish.
7. Top with the cooked beef and vegetables
