¼ kilo prawns, boiled, shelled
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup finely diced celery
1 egg white
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 slices hi-fiber weight control bread

1. Toast hi-fiber weight control bread slices.
2. Cut each slice into 4 squares.
3. In a bowl, blend the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce and celery.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until soft peaks form.
5. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
6. Fold in shrimp.
7. Place shrimp mixture on each square.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
9. Broil in oven at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes until lightly browned on top.
10. Or toast in oven toaster till lightly brown.
11. Serve immediately.
