PUMPKIN BASMATI RICE



INGREDIENTS:
½ cup basmati rice
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup pumpkin
¾ cup chicken stock

PROCEDURE:
1. In a pot, add the rice, pumpkin and stock in that order.
2. Allow the rice to simmer for about 45 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft and the rice is soft yet firm.
