PANDAN CRISPY RICE NOODLES



INGREDIENTS:
700g pandan leaves
80g rice noodles
Vegetable oil

PROCEDURE:
1. In a pan heat up the oil with pandan leaves and allow the leaves to infuse or gives its flavor in the oil.
2. Strain the leaves.
3. Cut the rice noodles into 7 times 7 inches squares.
4. Deep fry the noodles in the padan oil until it becomes crispy but does not change in color.
5.It should be white after frying.
