CHURROS


INGREDIENTS:
1 box 200g pack complete hotcake mix
¼ cup cornstarch
5 tbsp. Water
Oil for frying
Sugar

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl combine hotcake mix, cornstarch and water.
2. Mix until blended.
3. Transfer churros mixture to a piping bag with a star tip.
4. Heat oil for frying.
5. When hot, pipe out the churros mixture directly into the oil.
6. Using a clean scissors, cut strips into desired length.
7. Fry until golden brown.
8. Roll in sugar.
9. Serve hot.
