MACAROON MUFFINETTES



INGREDIENTS:
1 box 520g yellow cake mix
1tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup cashew nuts, chopped
1 cup undrained crushed pineapple

PROCEDURE:
1. Grease 12 holes 1 oz. muffin tins.
2. Prepare cake mix following package instructions.
3. Add other ingredients.
4. Mix 1 minute- don’t over mix.
5. Transfer mixture into pastry bag and ill each muffin holes full.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
