KANGKONG WITH SISIG



INGREDIENTS:
Ready to cook sisig:
1 bunch kangkong
Calamansi to taste
Freshly cracked bell pepper

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium fire.
2. Place sisig in pan and render fat.
3. Keep heat on medium and continue cooking sisig till pieces get a bit roasted in rendered fat.
4. While sisig is cooking, steam or blanch kangkong in another pan.
5. To assemble, place kangkong in a serving dish.
6. Season sisig with calamansi and pepper and serve on top kangkong.
