HOME MADE TAHO



INGREDIENTS:
1-2 tubes silken tofu, chilled
1 cup cooked sago (cooked in sweetened water)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water

PROCEDURE:
1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar.
2. Bring to a boil and reduce to syrup.
3. Let it cool down.
4. In a bowl, combine slices of tofu with syrup and sago.
5. Serve hot or cold.
