EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES



INGREDIENTS:
1/2cup butter
1 cup pack brown sugar
1 box g pack complete hotcake mix
4 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
4 tbsp. cashew nuts, finely chopped

PROCEDURE:
1. Pre- heat oven to 375 degrees F .
2. Cream butter until smooth.
3. Add sugar and continue beating until mix together.
4. Stir in hot cake mix and beat until blended.
5. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate cashew nuts.
6. Roll the cookie dough to approximate 3” 6” inch thick cylinder and cut into 12 pieces.
7. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for about 10 minutes.
9. Remove from pan and let it cool.
