CREME DE MANGO




INGREDIENTS:
1 box 200g pack butter cake mix
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup mangoes rice and thinly sliced
1 sachet 45g unflavored gelatin

PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare butter cake mix according to package direction.
2. Pour into 7” TIMES 3” round pan cake.
3. Bake until done. Cool.
4. Spread cream on top of cake.
5. Arrange mango slices. Set aside.
6. Prepare gelatin according to package direction.
7. Slightly cool, and then pour on top of mango cream layer.
8. Chill.
