1/3cup vegetable oil
1 whole egg
¼ cup water
1box500g pack butterscotch brownie mix
Marzipan paste, prepared
Chocolate chips (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
1. Mix 3 ingredients then add in the butterscotch mix.
2. Beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and well blended.
3. Chill overnight.
4. Measure 70g of the mixture ball and flatten then enclose filling (200g marzipan paste and 5g chocolate chips) with the dough.
5. Seal edges and flattened again.
6. Top with chocolate chips if desired.
7. Arrange in prepared baking sheet and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until done.
8. Decorate as desired.
