ATSARA INFUSED PAN GRILLED LOBSTER




INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces lobsters
20 tbsp. atchara
7 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:
1. Trim and wash lobster.
2. Marinate lobster with atcahra olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Pan grill lobster until done.
