VERMICELLI ICE HALO-HALO SPECIAL



INGREDIENTS:
50g vermicelli 
Buko
2 tbsp. kaong
2 tbsp. langka (jackfruit)
2 tbsp. sweet kidney beans
2 tbsp. sweetened gabanzos (chick peas) sweetened
Nata de coco (coconut gel)
2 tbsp. ube or yum
Custard or crème caramel (leche plan)
2 tbsp. sweetened corn kernels
2 tbsp. pinipig (rice krispies)
(You can choose a variety of other sweet ingredients)
Crushed ice to fill the glass
1-2 tbsp. sugar
Evaporated milk
Scoop of ice cream

PROCEDURE:
1. Fill the bottom half of a tall glass with a tablespoon each of sweetened fruit and cooked vermicelli.
2. Add crushed ice to cover the top half of the glass.
3. Add sugar and pour 1/3cup milk on the ice.
4. Top with a small scoop of ice cream, leche flan, ube or cherry. (you can select content per serving depending on your taste.
