TUNA PUTO PAO



INGREDIENTS:
PUTO BATTER:
3 cups cream all-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
1 cup birch tree full cream milk
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp. baking powder
2 ½ cups of water
3 eggs
½ cup melted butter

FILLING:
3 184G century tuna, flakes in asado, cut into bite size
½ cup bread crumbs
PROCEDURE:
1. To make the batter: In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients in bowl and make a well in the middle.
2. Add in water, eggs and melted butter.
3. Mix until well blended and free of lumps.
4. Set aside for 1 hour.

TO MAKE A FILLING:
Mix tuna and bread crumbs.
Chill for at least 1 hour.

5. Pour 1 tbsp. of puto batter in each greased muffin cups.
6. Add a tbsp. of filling and cover with a tbsp. of puto batter.
7. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
