1 184g century tuna, chunks in vegetable oil
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs slightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup cooking oil
Hamburger buns
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup shredded lettuce
4 sliced pineapple

1. In a bowl, combine tuna, onions, breadcrumbs and eggs.
2. Mix well until well moistened.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Form mixture into patties.
5. Stack in between sheets of aluminum foil.
6. Let stand in chiller for 30 minutes.
7. Heat oil in a grill pan and fry patties until brown on both sides.
8. Meanwhile, warm burger buns in a toaster oven.
9. Spread mayonnaise on bun then fill with lettuce, pineapple and grilled tuna patty.
10. Serve with chips on the side.
