TUNA AND EGG A LA KING

PREPARATION TIME:     30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups fresh milk
2 cans (185g) tuna flakes in oil, drained
2 tsp. chopped green bell pepper
2 tsp. chopped pimiento
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
8 patty shells/ 1 loaf sliced bread, toasted (about 20 slices) parsley for garnish (optional)

PROCEDURE:
In a sauce pan, melt margarine, over low heat; add flour, salt; gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly until thicken.
Add tuna flakes, pepper, pimiento, and eggs. Serve piping hot on patty shell or hot toast and garnish with parsley.
