SISIG RICE



INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 150g sisig
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 green bell pepper, cubed
2 cups cooked rice
1 egg, scrambled

PROCEDURE:
1. Heat cooking oil in pan cook sisig until crispy.
2. Add in red and green bell peppers.
3. Then add in rice and scrambled egg and mix well.
4. Serve hot.
