PORK CHOP ROYALE



INGREDIENTS:

4 cloves garlic, crushed (1tsp.)
1medium, onion, sliced
7 pork chops (600g)
2 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1can (234g) sliced pineapple, drained
14 pcs. (100g) Baguio beans

PROCEDURE:
Sauté garlic, onions and pork chops in oil. Add 1/2cup water, 1tsp.iodized salt. Tomato ketchup and sliced pineapple syrup. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
Add Baguio beans and cook until crisp.
Arrange pork chops, vegetable and sliced pineapple on a platter. Pour sauce on top just before serving.
