½ kilo beef sirloin or
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. garlic, crushed
Cooking oil
2 large white onions, sliced into rings

1. Thinly slice beef. Marinate and tenderize with Worcestershire sauce and calamansi juice. Set aside.
2. In a sauce pan, heat small amount of oil and cook beef until done.
3. Remove beef from then and add garlic. Sauté until, golden brown.
4. Add more beef if needed.
5. Remove garlic and set aside.
6. Smother the onion rings with oil until glaze and quite brown.
7. Put back cooked beef in a few minutes.
9. Remove from fire and serve on a platter top with garlic, onion rings and sauce.
