350g ground beef
1 small carrot, cubed
1 small green bell pepper, cut into strips
4 cloves garlic, crushed
¾ cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Sauté garlic and ground beef until brown. Add 1 cup water and simmer until meat is tender.
Add carrots, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, and a dash of pepper 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2tsp. iodized salt, pineapple syrup and vinegar. Simmer until carrots are cooked.
Add pineapple tidbits, bell pepper and cornstarch. Blend then simmer 5 to 8 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
