CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 can (185g) tuna flakes, drained
1/3 cup roasted walnuts or cashew nuts
1 cup celery and sliced
1 medium size cucumber, diced

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice salt and pepper.
2. Toss with tuna flakes in  brine, nuts celery and cucumber.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
4. Serve on salad greens and garnish with lemon or tomato slices.
