CHICKEN PASTEL WITH VIENNA SAUSAGE

This recipe is healthy and full of flavors.


INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. soy sauce
¼ cup butter
1medium onion, sliced
1 cup mushroom
1 cup potatoes, cubed
1 cup carrots, cubed
1 tbsp. tomato paste
160g Vienna sausage, sliced
1 cup all-purpose cream
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
 2cups potato chips

PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate chicken soy sauce and calamansi. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in a pan, sauté onion, mushrooms, and chicken.
3. Cook until chicken is tender.
4. Add potatoes and carrots, cook until half done.
5. Add tomato paste and Vienna sausage.
6. Stir in cream. Add salt and pepper.
7. Bake in a pre- heated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
