GRILLED LAMB CHOPS WITH GREEN PEAS PUREE AND DICED ROSEMARY POTATOES



INGREDIENTS:

2 pcs. lamb chops
100g green peas
125 ml whip cream
100g potatoes - diced and blanched
Rosemary
Pinch of thyme
Salt
Pepper

PROCEDURE:

In a food processor, blend whip cream and and green peas together and place in a molder.
Meanwhile, season lambs chop with salt, pepper and thyme and grill until cooked.
Saute potatoes in oil, season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
Arrange in a plate and pour.
