CHUNKY MINESTRONE

INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion, sliced
200g ground beef
3/4cup red monggo beans (dry can)
1 can chunky tomato sauce
100g pasta Italiana salad macaroni
100g cabbage, shredded


HOW TO COOK:

1. Sauté onion and beef in 3 tbsp. oil.

2. Add  monggo, 4 cups of water and chunky tomato sauce.

3. Cook for 45 minutes or until monggo is almost tender.

4. Add pasta Italiana salad macaroni, 1 tsp. iodized salt and ¼ tsp.pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked.

5. Add cabbage. Allow to simmer.
