CHEESY MACARONI


INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp. margarine
300g pasta Italiana elbow macaroni
1 can (390g) sweet style spaghetti sauce                                     
½ cup evaporated milk
100g cheese, coarsely  grated (quick melt)


HOW TO COOK:

1. Melt margarine in a pan. Add pasthen  Italiana elbow macaroni, sweet style spaghetti sauce,
1 tsp. iodized salt and 1/4tsp.pepper. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes.

2. Add 3 cups water. Allow to boil, then simmer for 12 minutes.

3. Stir in milk and cheese. Cook for 3 minutes,  stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
